利用洗澡增强男人性力

洗澡是人的身心最放松的时候，但如果能利用这个时机，适当地采用冷热水交替浴，或对阴茎和腹股沟进行温水淋浴，则有助于增强男子的性功能。
冷热水交替浴是一种很古老的增强男子性功能的锻炼法。其具体方法是、先在澡盆内用温水浸泡身体，待充分温热后再出澡盆，将阴部施以冷水，待3分钟左右，阴茎、阴囊收缩后再人澡盆，如此反复3-5次即可结束。若每日能坚持做冷热水交替浴，可使中年以后的男性精力充沛、性功能增强、疲劳感轻。如果使用冷热水交替淋浴，其效果不变。
在入浴时，如能利用莲蓬头将温水淋至阴茎根部周围，对于恢复睾丸的“能量”也有很好的效果。因为，阴茎的勃起使支持阴茎的韧带和神经都相当疲劳，且勃起时间越长则疲劳越严重。而温水刺激则可使血液循环加快，能尽快地恢复睾丸和阴茎的疲劳。并且，以淋浴与全身泡在澡盆里不同，淋浴能对局部的穴位产生集中加热的刺激效果。当然，淋浴的水压较强为好。
不仅是阴茎根部，大腿根内侧的腹股沟也是重要的刺激部位。因为腹股沟是向睾丸输送血液和神经出入的“交通要道”，腹股沟的血液循环对男子的性功能至关重要。在淋浴时用温水刺激腹股沟，并用两个手指从上向下抚摩腹股沟，对增强男子的性功能也很有益处。
